Andrew Pierce met Ashley Hudson at the same church that both were a part of in Hamburg. They knew then it was a marriage that was made for heaven. Ashley, who was seventeen at the time, and never having had a relationship before, was patient with Andrew. However, it was true romance at first sight. Andrew sought God to bless him on New Year's Day just as 2016 was about to begin, to ask that God will bless him with by blessing him with one last thing this year...that Ashley say yes to his proposal and tie the knot with Andrew. Ashley was determined to create a wedding with a folk wooden theme that would truly represent her as well as Andrew. To celebrate the event, they incorporated a few the things they enjoy most. The place they chose was the 40 acres back of land Ashley was raised on. Ashley explored the area and enjoyed herself on the whole, right from the route they followed through the field to where they exchanged vows. Andrew and Ashley also walked in the same space when they began dating. The bride and groom did majority of the DIY tasks making personalization a priority. Andrew's dad and Ashley as well as Ashley created the wedding ceremony and seating arch. Ashley made and painted many of the wedding decorations. Ashley says that without Anna's amazing floral designs, our wedding might not have turned out so magical as I imagined. Absolutely stunning.
